How do I download games?On each game page, click the Download button. When asked whether to open or save the file, click 'Open' button to proceed. A short installation procedure will run automatically on you machine. Keep following the instructions and you will be playing in a minute or two! How can I play the game after installation?After your installation has been completed, a shortcut Icon should appear on your desktop. Double click on this Icon to start playing. How do I buy a game?You must become a subscriber to Games Unlimited to gain unlimited access on all games offered. Can I order the game on a CD-ROM?When you buy the game you can mark the CD option. After choosing your country from the list, you'll be able immediately to see the additional shipping price. Its usually much easier to download the game directly from the Internet. CD shipment usually takes less than 2 weeks, although it can be a little longer for International deliveries. After becoming a Games Unlimited Member, how can I play the full version?Just click on the game icon on your desktop, the same way you did before becoming a Games Unlimited member. When you Sign in, the game should have been unlocked automatically, and its full version should be ready to play. If the game wasn't automatically unlocked, please contact customer support to check on your Membership status. What is the 'My Games' page about?This page will let you see and run all the games you have downloaded in one convenient place. Click 'play now' on any game listed and it will automatically launch that game. I am a Games Unlimited Member, but my games don't work? What should I do?First, try to download the game a second time, and open it. If that doesn't work, look for the solution in the FAQs, you will probably find it helpful! What should I do?Many problems appear to get solved by un-installing the game, and then downloading it again. This may be caused by old or corrupted files. In order to make sure you have a fresh download, you may need to clear your browser's cache. To clear your browsers cache, open your internet browser (for most computers, this is Internet Explorer) then go to Tool, then Internet Options, and click on Delete Files. My screen is black and the game doesn't appear. What do I do?It is possible that you do not have the latest version of DirectX installed on your computer. Then, close all other applications. You may need the restart your computer and try again. The game's graphics or sounds are not functioning properly.
